Dr. Darlene Latta, PHD, LCSW

"I feel it is important that clients are given homework and tools that they can leave my office with after every visit, and practice in the real world.  Change is hard, and requires both work and support. That is why I am always available, not just during your appointment."

  • Founding member of the HOPE Foundation and on the Board of Directors for Cheryl Wrights Light House Foundation.

Harrison Stigler, MSW

Is something getting in your way of living the life you want and deserve? Anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s obstacles can feel like impossible hurdles to tackle on your own. That’s where I come in.

You don’t have to face these challenges alone. I believe that healing occurs through our relationships with others. I promise to sit across from you as a genuine, honest, human being. I won't just listen, but actively help you understand and change what you’re struggling with.

Together we will develop a plan that utilizes your unique strengths to address what’s holding you back, and help you attain the happiness you deserve.

  • I have experience working with individuals, couples, the LGBTQ+ community, and a wide range of ages including adolescents, adults, and seniors.
  • Attended post-graduate training program in psychodynamic therapy at the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia.
  • I embrace psychodynamic theory which is the belief that therapy recreates relationships from the outside world, which is then used in session to correct unhealthy patterns.

Sasha Ryan, LCDP, CADC, CCTP

I am a humanistic therapist, using a holistic healing approach. We will work together, integrating mind-body techniques, to promote your wellness.  I believe every person is capable of successfully developing the knowledge, awareness and behavior needed to navigate their personal struggles. We can unlock your potential, strengthening your confidence and skills, enabling you to achieve your goals.

I utilize a variety of treatment techniques including MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Trauma Informed Therapy, during sessions. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, or life transitions I will encourage and support your growth and renewal.

Living a joy filled, mindful, and balanced life is possible. I can journey with you as you develop and incorporate new skills and techniques that will give you the strength and confidence to create the life you envision for yourself.

  • I am a licensed chemical dependency professional (LCDP) with multiple years of experience helping individuals in their path to recovery.
  •  As a registered yoga teacher, I also incorporate mindful movement into treatment.
  • I help clients learn to manage their anxiety, depression, and self-regulating behaviors using mindfulness techniques (breathing exercises, meditation, shifting perspective), tapping, and trauma informed care.

Susan Paige, Lpc

I believe we possess everything we need to heal ourselves. Sometimes we just need a gentle nudge to face painful issues and a safe place to explore our sorrows.

With help we can discover our strengths and heal those wounded places. With healing comes joy and peace, the opposite of anxiety and depression. We are born with the ability to know love, joy and peace.  You deserve to know them too.

I am a professional counselor with 40 years experience helping clients find their authentic self and the way to a satisfying and fulfilling life. My primary practice includes the theories of Carl Rodgers, Carl Jung, Virginia Satir, Murray Bowen and Alfred Adler.

The philosopher Paul Tillich said, 'The first duty of Love is to listen'.  That is my mantra, to listen with my heart and to join the client with compassion. To hear the underlying messages, and together we will explore the various paths to healing and purposeful living.

I work with these issues :

Addiction

Anxiety

Depression

Family Conflict

Grief

Relationship Issues

Parenting Issues

Trauma and PTSD

Self Esteem

Domestic Violence and Abuse

Obsessional struggles

Eating disorders

LGBTQIA+ Community

Mary Ellen Trenga, LPC, NCC

Transitions are a natural part of life. Whether it’s journeying back to our inner child for healing or current challenges of career, marriage or divorce, retirement, aging, and even death, each stage reminds us of the transient and impermanent nature of life. With everything in motion, we are in a constant process of embracing and letting go. Along the way, it can be difficult to access and remain connected with our authentic selves – to honor the place within us that is genuine, honest, and projects our true values, priorities, and aspirations. This place is our home. The journey there can be deeply enhanced by professional support and guidance.

My style of support is informed by many years of professional training and personal practices of wellness and self-development. Using an eclectic and holistic approach, I draw from Cognitive behavioral and Solution-focused practices along with Gestalt , mindfulness, and the creative arts offering a wide variety of options to my clients. I encourage and facilitate my clients’ journeys towards their own inner clarity and wisdom. My job is to journey with you, encouraging insights, bearing witness, and offering guidance and feedback as you seek to articulate your experiences and take steps towards positive change, increased awareness, and personal growth. Just as life’s passages are transitory, so too is the need for collaborative counseling. Each session will be designed to assist you to make this walk in a mindful, kind, and timely manner. Meetings are individually designed based on each client’s unique needs and goals. Often resolution and change can occur in as little as 6-8 sessions.

If you are committed to showing up for yourself regardless of life’s ongoing challenges, I am here to work collaboratively with you and to offer the support and guidance you need to take meaningful steps towards embracing your own wholeness and authenticity.

Journeying to your authentic self is a pilgrimage that is worthy of dedication and respect – a process to be realized and celebrated. Scheduling an appointment with me could be the first step on your path home.

“We are all just walking each other home."

Amanda Kelley-Parkhurst, MSW

We all experience obstacles in our lives that hinders our overall functioning, and cause us to feel overwhelmed. I ensure therapy sessions are tailored to fit your unique needs and every client is treated as an individual. You are the expert of your life and have the right to be heard and supported. I provide my clients with a safe and compassionate environment, so you can explore your unique situation without fear of judgement. I take a compassionate, judgement free, client-centered approach to allow me to understand the context of your life. It is important for clients to realize “You do not have to struggle in silence. You can be un-silent, as long as you open up to someone about it." By sharing your experience, you can overcome your struggle and live the life you desire. I am passionate about helping you grow and flourish, so you can be the best version of yourself. I utilize various therapeutic tools to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.

I have experience providing clinical counseling services to school-age children, and individuals with significant disabilities from elementary school aged through 21 years old. I also regularly work with trauma, behavioral disorders, social disorders, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorders, and personality disorders.
